Altitude is Upshop’s annual event for grocery and retail leaders focused on better operations, stronger execution, and measurable outcomes.
Over two days, hear directly from retailers, industry leaders, and Upshop experts about what’s working today and what’s next across inventory, ordering, waste, fulfillment, store execution, and AI.
Altitude brings together leaders from grocery, CPG, and convenience retail to share what’s working, learn from one another, and tackle the operational challenges shaping food retail.
Connect with retail leaders tackling the same operational challenges you are. Explore practical ideas for better operations, see AI in action, and get a first look at what’s next for Upshop and food retail.
Keynotes, launch decks and one-pagers from Denver. A good way to see what Altitude is like before you sign up.

Altitude is built for leaders across grocery, convenience, CPG, operations, merchandising, IT, e-commerce, and other teams shaping food retail. If you’re working to improve execution, strengthen operational performance, or prepare your business for what’s next, Altitude is designed to give you relevant ideas and connections.
Expect practical ideas you can put to work, from improving inventory and ordering decisions to reducing waste, strengthening store execution, and applying AI to real operational challenges. You’ll hear what’s working for other retailers, what they’ve learned along the way, and how those lessons could apply to your operation.
Yes. Customer stories and peer conversations are a core part of Altitude. Retail leaders will share the challenges they’re solving, the approaches they’ve taken, and the lessons they’ve learned so you can compare experiences and bring new thinking back to your own operation.
Yes. You’ll get an inside look at where Upshop is investing, how the platform is evolving, and the capabilities taking shape across connected retail operations. You’ll also have opportunities to share your priorities and feedback directly with the teams shaping what comes next.
The focus is on AI that moves operations forward. You’ll explore how AI, intelligent agents, and automation can help retailers identify what matters, prioritize the right actions, and improve execution across real operational workflows. The conversation is grounded in practical applications and business outcomes, not AI for AI’s sake.
Altitude brings together the Upshop customer community, retail leaders, strategic partners, and invited guests. If you’re exploring how better technology, intelligence, and connected operations can improve food retail execution, you can request an invitation.
